Will my taxi wait if my flight is delayed?+
Yes. For airport pickups we track your inbound flight using the flight number you give us when booking. If your flight is delayed, your driver adjusts the pickup time automatically, so there is no need to rebook. We allow time for you to clear immigration and collect baggage before the driver meets you.
How do you know if my flight is delayed?+
We monitor your flight against live arrival information using your flight number, which is why we ask for it at the time of booking. If the arrival time moves, the pickup moves with it. If you know about a delay or change in advance, a quick message or call also helps us plan.
Does the driver meet me in arrivals?+
For airport pickups your driver waits for you and helps with your luggage. Give us your flight number and we will confirm exactly where to meet when you book. Because we track the flight, the driver aims to be ready as you come through, not before.
Is there extra waiting time if my flight is late?+
Because we track the flight, a normal delay simply shifts your pickup and is handled as part of the booking. We will confirm any waiting-time arrangements for unusually long delays when you book, so there are no surprises.
What should I do if my flight time changes after I have booked?+
Let us know as soon as you can. For a departure transfer we will adjust your pickup; for an arrival pickup we are already tracking the flight, but a heads-up always helps. The fixed fare does not change because your flight time moved.
What happens if my outbound flight is delayed and I have not left yet?+
If you are travelling to the airport and your flight is delayed, contact us and we can usually move your pickup to suit the new time, subject to availability. Booking in advance gives us the best chance of accommodating a change.
